• We will ensure the rent is collected monthly in advance.

• We will respond to emergency calls from tenants

• We will arrange for the tenants to be 'checked-in' and 'checked-out'  of the property

• Organise any redecoration or maintenance work

• Arrange and book any 'end'/'start' of tenancy cleaning

• Arrange and book for an EPC Assessment for an up to date Energy Efficiency assessment of the property.

• Arrange and book a Corgi Registered plumber for any Gas Safety Certificates

 

We recommend this service for Landlords who are not familiar with Tenancy Law or do not have the time or experience for Property Mangement.
